What a tool! Only lasted a minute!
Great idea! A 2 inch wide scraper is just what the doctor ordered for separating tiles from layers of grout! And he worked. Within a minute! It then broke about a half inch above the scraper's flare - clearly the much narrower flat piece that came with the air chisel, although I sharpened it every hour or so, clearly didn't break! I was lucky! No replacement offers. Nada. ASTONISHING! When I bought this 3 months ago there were a lot of complaints and about the same amount of praise - I think the quality varies a lot (funny how all these reviews are. Now no. What can be done about it?) Conclusion: The tool is qualitative crap. and customer service.. no I would keep my hands off both the tool and the seller!
