Updating due to fantastic customer service! The company reached out to me and sent two newer controllers they are testing and they do work much better. I prefer the feel of the original controller, and it might be an operator error but I still can't get the turbo button to do anything on the new ones but I'm not too concerned as I had just needed a replacement controller. The "map-able" buttons work perfect. But I really appreciate the quick customer service response for sure.It works for the most part but I can't get the turbo button do anything. Lights flash like it says for the process of setting it up but it only takes the function away from other buttons for some reason. Maybe I'm not using it right but the instructions are not accurate either. And it has the same english instructions printed on both sides so not much versatility there. It's only thanks to another review on here helping correct the wording that I was able to "map" the programmable buttons on the bottom. Other than that the share button likes to keep thinking that it's being pressed randomly which is annoying when in the middle of a game and the X button likes to stop working randomly. Also I think the battery is lose inside of it cause something is flopping around in it and it's not the vibration/shock motors. Maybe I just got a bad one as I'm seeing other good reviews on it. All in all it does work but not very well.
