Review on 💡 SleekLighting 23W 120V Approved Ballasted Fluorescent by Dustin Citizen

I bought 12 bulbs [3 sets of 4] of 23 watt 2700k bulbs. The price was great and the light output is very pleasing to the eye. The only issue I had was one of the 12 bulbs did not work as received. There was no visible damage, I decided it was the manufacturer. Malfunction. I couldn't figure out how to get a lightbulb back so I wasted it. I hope you don't have similar experiences.
