It seems to be working fine! I'm 38DDD and the XL fits perfectly. It keeps the pump parts in place! The only downside is that part of my chest dangles when pumping. I'm concerned that this might clog the duct later, but only time will tell. When I bend or move, they stay in the bra, and for a busty woman, that's important! Update: I've been wearing this bra for a while now and I love it! My milk comes out much better with it! I have to constantly tighten my breasts because I'm used to wearing a push-up bra. I contacted the company to see if they have shorter straps which they don't have but they think mine is defective so they sent me another one free of charge! Wonderful people!
