Torn apart in less than a month

My son had them for less than a month and they broke in the same place, another reviewer also reported that they broke which makes me doubt their durability. We LOVE the look and feel and will buy again to see if it was just a faulty pair - will update as we get new ones and wear them a bit. If tearing is a known issue then I wish the company would drop the price given the lack of durability - I wouldn't continue to buy at this price unless they unfortunately only last a month too. But try again with great hope! **UPDATE: Second pair tore again in same spot (arrived over the weekend of July 4th and tore today September 8th)...the company seems to be aware of the issue and are trying to work it out. I won't be buying them again until they fix the stain and we can't wear them for more than a few months. Recommend others to consider value for money given the price and consider a more durable option while the company works on their design.
