I really wanted to like this product but it just doesn't work. In order for the cable to charge after connecting to the iPhone, you have to constantly fiddle with it. And it doesn't hold a charge for a long time. And when it can be charged for a long period of time, it adds almost no power to the phone - and oddly, sometimes it seems that the battery is actually draining. it is strange. I wonder if I could somehow damage my phone with these cables. I have ordered a set. I then requested a replacement as none of the original 3 cables worked properly. I finally got around to testing a replacement batch - and the same issues with all three replacement cables. And now I'm past the 30 day return window. So just lost my money. Damn. I really need cables of this length and gauge - but useless if they don't serve the primary function of charging my function.
