I'm afraid it will break but it doesn't
This thing weighs 300 pounds and I weigh 230 pounds but I feel like it's bending under me. I've used it quite a bit and it hasn't broken. But I'm very careful how I step on it as it seems to buckle when I try to put all my weight on it, especially in the middle.
