My first impression upon opening the shampoo and conditioner was that they smelled like coconut and creamy Greek yogurt. I personally like its smell, but maybe not everyone likes it. After a shower I noticed the smell was gone from my hair, so it's not strong or lingering - a bit disappointing. Both products are thick and I felt the need to use more shampoo each time which makes the bottles feel small for the price. The shampoo is sulfate-free, so it doesn't foam - well, no foam at all. It was different for me running my fingers through my hair and not feeling the lather. Both bottles look exactly like the photos in the description and overall I feel the product delivered as it was supposed to. My hair shines after every use and doesn't feel dry. ADVANTAGES: delicate aroma and pleasant smell! All natural products do not contain sulfates. humidify doesn't stick to hair The writing/words on the bottles look VERY similar so be careful when showering lol
