I am comparing this product to Norwex whether it should be or not. I "LOVE" Norwex and was hoping this product would be just as good considering the price is "MUCH" better than Norwex. 1. This product works exactly like Norwex, for those who use Norwex you know what I'm talking about. 2. During use, I noticed that mine (black glass hob) had some small scratches. Unfortunately, as far as I understand, these are NOT scratches, but small fibers or something. I rubbed (actually I buffed the top a bit) with a Norwex towel and they were gone. To make sure it wasn't an "accident", I cleaned the unit again and the same thing happened again. Now it remains to be seen if that will clear up with more washes, but the little fibers (or what they are) on the cooktop honestly look like baby scratches. But the cleaning aspect of this towel (how it works) is exactly the same as Norwex and I have to say I like the price compared to Norwex. I won't be returning and using them, but the 'fibers' confused me.
