The most significant thing I like about Rudder is that it's very well documented, with many examples of how to configure everything. It also comes with a lot of preconfigured templates. My only complaint with Rudder is that sometimes there can be a lag between when you set something up and when it actually takes effect. This can be frustrating if you're trying to get things done quickly. However, this isn't really Rudder's fault - it's more likely due to other factors such as network latency, etc. That being said, Rudder has been a great tool for managing our infrastructure, especially in terms of monitoring changes and keeping track of compliance.
