I had weird groin pain last year that several doctors couldn't diagnose (yes women can have groin pain too). Nothing seemed to help - I had several doctor's visits, physical therapy, cortisone shots - nothing helped. This brace was the only thing keeping me from lying on the floor in my office with mild to moderate pain that I couldn't get rid of. I've been using it as a thigh and groin stabilizer for several weeks. As a small woman, it is worth noting that this bandage is adjustable for different sizes. It matched my outfit perfectly (including skinny jeans/pants) so I didn't have to show my whole office and get asked why I was wearing it - nobody knew! While I'd gladly trade the ability to hide the braces for the pain relief they gave me, I didn't have to. I cannot recommend this bandage enough. It relieved my pain, was comfortable and breathable, matched my clothes, was true to my size, and was in perfect condition. If you're thinking of a hip or groin brace, buy this one. You get the relief you need.
