My husband loves to wear watches and loves to explore different watches. I thought it would be a great addition to his desktop. I find it a bit silly but thought it had potential from the pictures. After receiving it I find it quite cheap. In fact, I was debating whether or not to give it to him. I gave it to him instead, but told him not to put it on his desk if he didn't like it. Whatever it was worth, he ended up showing it on his desk. Part of me wonders if he's committed. But its nice. There is a felt pad on the underside that does not scratch. The body is made in vintage brass color, so it is darker and not too light. It looks very neat on the stand. However, the clock is not fully aligned with the B-pillar and is slightly offset. It's not very noticeable, but noticeable enough to cause irritation. The back, which reads "I will love you until the end of time," was scratched. I don't think it should look like that. The photos do not show that it looks shabby. Actually I think it's just bad quality. Setup is simple and straightforward. It pulls, spins at the time, and you're done. How time passed.
