No more disco blanket when trying to sleep

Like many people, I've been more than a little inundated with copious amounts of flickering or steady lights that tend to be blindingly bright blue. As much as I love the color blue, it's not a good color to sleep in, as is the case with many other LED lights, which paint my ceiling a veritable rainbow of colors as I try to get past my forties. Or blink, I'm not picky. It got to the point where, despite wearing a mask and even playing ostrich with a pillow because of total exhaustion from the too bright light, I was ready to throw all my gear out the window. Seriously, there's no good reason for him to mimic a bug in my boudoir. In any case, all this suggests that bright light is bad at night, dark is good. while trying to sleep. All I had to do was stick a couple of these pieces onto the bright rays emitted by my surge protector and tower fan, and luckily they got dimmed, so I ended up doing it. See the freeway lights peeking through my blinds. Okay, next step: get the right blackout curtains. Sleep is important, my boys.

Pros
