I have the same color (dark brown - own hair) that match with the Dark Brown Ombre Brown Mix Caramel Blonde, when my stylist applied the extensions matched the color with my own hair, it was amazing, but in a few days, the extensions color and texture changed, now my real hair looks dark than the extensions and the extensions looks like fluffy like an old doll. The customer service is amazing! they sent to me a new package unfortunately I didn't receive it. But I recommended 100% this product, every customer hair care is different. This is my experience.
