Poor packaging and questionable design!

Poor packaging and construction. Both parts of the roof have a loose side plank with nail heads sticking out and the front of the canopy was screwed in too far and cracked, see photos. This is a small chicken coop or rabbit coop. Bought for small breeds of chickens. Very disappointed that it would take so much renovation to set it up. I hope I don't have any alignment or detail issues when assembling.
