Review on Arcteryx Arro Backpack Unisex Carbon by Kitty Alcide

I thought I had a bag with an inside zip inside out. I submitted a warranty claim to Arcteryx and was contacted quickly. It's made this way. This pocket is strictly for inserting for the back brace. It is not for storage. I can say 100% that the bag is original. I have submitted over 20 photos including tags, zippers, seam lines, straps, logo etc and the Arcteryx warranty representative has confirmed it is authentic. Having actually reviewed the bag, this is amazing! I was concerned it would be too small and considered taking it with my big brother Arro 22. I'm glad I went with the 16 as it's the perfect EDC size and more of a "typical" backpack size. Storage is solid and has a decent number of pockets. I would like to see more dedicated phone cases, grips, etc. The only other downside, which isn't really a downside but a knitted choice, is the Gortex-type front material, which is very prone to stains/scuffs. They can be removed with a little water and a towel. Putting the backpack down can be a bit frustrating as it doesn't sit upright due to the design of the bottom half of the bag. The shoulder straps are well designed and have enough padding for extended wear. I haven't tested the bag in the rain yet, but judging by the construction and the closed zippers I don't see a problem with it. Buy! More than enough storage space without being huge and uncomfortable for everyday transport. As for the seller, I had no problems. I increased the price slightly as I paid $200 for the bag but I received the bag in 2 days as advertised and it was actually delivered on a Sunday! At first I thought the bag was all black, but when I received it the stitched material was actually more of a purple color. It's hard to tell from the picture in the listing, but I'm happy with it nonetheless. Overall great product and great seller!
