I bought this to wear in my 65 degree pool to fix some leaks in the bottom of the liner. First of all I have NEVER worn a wetsuit so I can't compare it to anything other than my expectations. I'm 6ft 3in, 220lbs and size XXL fits me perfectly. Dressing up was simple and easy to do yourself. I immediately began to warm up the house, showed it to my wife and children, at whom they laughed heartily. "They laughed because I bought it to go to the pool. However, the water in my pool was 65 degrees, like I said. As I slowly walked into the pool, I immediately felt cold water on mine." Skin I was shocked and didn't expect this I thought maybe this is normal and your body is starting to heat up after the initial shock I was able to stay in the pool for about an hour with a short break to cool down Little to warm up. I kept taking a dip in the water which sure helped lower my body temperature. After I finished the pool I took a nice warm shower because I was very cold and shaking at that moment. After my warm shower my body temp was around 97.2, wanted to check it Out of curiosity, I think it worked to a degree because I couldn't have lasted more than 5 minutes in the pool without it in the cold water.
