I use a razor to remove lint quite often. I wear skirts and use them to freshen up my wool skirts. I use it on sweaters for the inevitable armpit pills. I'm also not afraid to buy a second-hand sweater that needs depilling. I've been using Wal-Mart's cheap brand for about 3 years now. Yes, it took forever and I had to re-watch the spots many times, but it worked. I decided I deserved an upgrade and this Superlint had great reviews. I used it immediately after opening the packaging. For this price I expected a lot more. It had no more power and features than my cheap dull-bladed three-year-old. In a way it was even worse. For example, the lint didn't want to fall into the funnel, but simply collect between the blades and the top of the lint holder. I had to constantly clean it and I used it for about an hour. I used it for so long because it worked forever. I had to do about 20 laps around the area before I saw any progress. Then I have to go through it again. Just very disappointing.
