I had to end my review because I saw someone say it doesn't work: BULLCRAP! I have a humidity meter in my room (a good cheap one you can also get at Revain): you see the humidity going up when it's on, falling when it's off, and nothing else! This is a very good product. I've had it for almost 3 years now and so has another family member. I bought this based on research and don't think there is a better air purifier/humidifier out there. It's an easy build and cleanup isn't too bad (use your cleaner or sometimes some CLR on a paper towel for a strong build). It keeps your room clean (you'll see the evidence in water, filtered or distilled) and increases humidity (a must in winter when you have sinus problems).
