I like how easy it was to set up, you can change your logo or colors as well! You don't have any inventory costs because everything gets shipped directly from Amazon's warehouses - this makes for an incredibly cheap way of running my business without having tons more overhead than necessary (like rent!). The customer service has been great so far but they could probably use some minor updates here & there in terms of look/feel etc., that would make things easier overall when getting started out new users who may not know what exactly looks good at first glance versus something outdated looking which will turn people off right away even if their product actually ends-up being better quality haha :). It helps me save money by taking orders via phone instead paying employees overtime wages just waiting around all day long while also keeping track myself manually through excel spreadsheet since we're still small enough where our current system isn' fully automated yet.
