I like how easy it was to set up, you can change your logo or colors as well! You don't have any inventory costs because everything gets shipped directly from Amazon's warehouses - this makes for an incredibly cheap way of running my business without having tons more overhead than necessary (like rent!). The customer service has been great so far but they could probably use some minor updates here & there in terms of look/feel etc., that would make things easier overall when getting started out

The app's customer service team was incredibly helpful in every step of my transition to this new platform. I'm so happy that I can now do all of my orders from home! There are some features that are missing in this version, like being able to create custom coupons for my customers. Also, I wish there were additional options for ordering more than one item at once. This has been such a game changer for our business! I've saved so much time by not having to go into the store.
