I like that it is easy to use, can easily be set up within our organization so there are no issues with training new users or keeping track of what each user has access too - which helps when we have multiple people working from home during this time! It's not always accurate at identifying images being used across social media platforms (Twitter/Facebook). We utilize infiveeye primarily internally but also do some work externally where they help us identify potential risks associated wth certain posts / tweets etc.,.
