This was purchased in August of 2019 and it’s now dead. After being in storage for the winter, we pulled it out to get ready for the spring opening of our fruit stand. The battery was leaking. Called tech support and they advised us to replace the battery for $60. We were going to replace it but then realized that even when plugged in the unit was not turning on at all. Called tech support again and was told they only warranty for 1 year. So after spending $243 and getting only 1 season of usage out of it because of the pandemic in 2020, it’s done. They won’t fix it and will charged us a fee to ship it back if we want them to take a look at it without any guarantees that they will do anything. DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THIS MACHINE!
