I do love this counterfeit detector but it does error. It has lasted several years (3 maybe) but it has finally concede out because the battery swelled and it just keeps erring. I can't seem to find a replacement battery. I think maybe Cassida should have some instruction for how long it should remained plugged in, because we just kept it plugged in by our POS and I think that of time that caused the batter to swell because it didn't need to be charged all the time. kind of like a cell phone…

It is a bit heavy for its size, it is still small, but I am hoping the weight means quality. I like the buttons and the screen.

We used this machine minimally and it lasted 10 months before it completely quit. For the price I paid, I expected several years of use.The machine itself was a great, compact size. Very easy to use. And had all the functions we were looking for.There was absolutely no customer service. The phone was never answered, website support ticket was useless.

Too wide for American USD, so each time you have to keep bill to right of machine to make a test correctly, just 1 mm not exactly to right test will be fail. so 98% times of the test will be fail.

Bought this for my business in order to reduce the amount of time that my managers are checking bills. It has been a great asset to the business and I have had great customer service when needed as well.

Have very little issue with this, I would say that every now and then when it starts to fail good bills to just open it and clean the sensors.

I bought this around November 13,2018 for my store , worked fine in the beginning now doesn't work that all , now it reads real 100s,20s as fake its happing more often now. Using in a liquor store as a result of a fake receive and accepted by an employee prior. It is very fast and has optional bill direction (front or back bill exit once scanned). I like the bills to come back to me for convenience. I ran bills and plain paper through it and it worked correctly. The screen has simple PASS or FAIL(blinking screen) messaging. Is this second machine I bought first one lasted 3 months The second one lasted 2 months and just stopped working. Spoke to company at least 6 times a battery placement sent them receipt and information where I purchased items. No response from company. Will not buy another buy this maker.

Easy to use, but after about 50 bills you have to clean it if not it will mark a lot of bills as fake. So just be cautious of that.

I have used it for 2 years.From day one it worked on about 60% of the bills.Usually fails to verify a genuine bill as authentic, which why you have to reinsert the same bill several times.The company says I need to clean, I've cleaned but the problem continues.Upgrade 2021The company gave me a new detector and at the moment (1 month of use) it is working very well. We have only used Cassida products since we began seeing counterfeit currency showing up on a regular basis. This product has paid for itself by allowing us to capture the counterfeit bills before we take them.

It works very well. We've run hundreds of bills through it and have had no problems. We use it for every $100 and $50 and sometimes $20 depending what it feels like.

stopped 2 days after we could send it back very dissapopinted with unit a waste of over $200 i will never buy from this vendor or product again.
