I do love this counterfeit detector but it does error. It has lasted several years (3 maybe) but it has finally concede out because the battery swelled and it just keeps erring. I can't seem to find a replacement battery. I think maybe Cassida should have some instruction for how long it should remained plugged in, because we just kept it plugged in by our POS and I think that of time that caused the batter to swell because it didn't need to be charged all the time. kind of like a cell phone. If someone can tell me where to get a battery, I would appreciate it!
