Review on 📺 Anycast Plus HDMI Wireless Display Receiver: Stream Phone Screen to HD TV by Onsommoshit Mathews

The device acts as its own WiFi for your device/phone to broadcast to. However, the device only emits its own signal for a few seconds when it is first started. I've been playing around with this for over an hour and couldn't get it to work with or without my home wifi connected to it. I was disappointed and will be sending it back and trying a different brand. FYI, support and help threads are useless. Product support is all about how the product can be used when everything works exactly as advertised and nothing else is distributed.
