The four metal pieces of the adapter will dangle when you try to insert them into the bezel slot on the wall mount. Directions are very small. They seem to have shown how to attach the adapter to the wall mount with the 4 screws provided, but the screw head was too small so I added washers. The best advice for me when attaching the adapter to the wall mount bezel was to only screw in 2 screws and then insert it into the groove on the bezel and fasten the bottom screws that hold the adapter to the bezel. This only makes sense if the front panel of the wall mount has grooves and screw holes at the top for the two lower adapters.
