Ripple is frustrating

I've never experienced this and it annoys me. I spend as much time unwinding yarn as I do crocheting. The thread is very pretty and I hope the end result is worth the slowdown it takes to straighten it out.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Beautiful but easy to untangle

Contrasting silver threads are used in this thread. That is beautiful. But the outer silver thread is wrapped around another silver thread and this causes some twisting and untangling. This is not a smooth thread like Aunt Lidui's other crochet threads. Still very pretty if you need silver on silver crochet yarn.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • No power

Thread twisting is more than annoying!

This is my first time using metallic cotton yarn and I don't know if it's just this brand or all brands but the yarn does twist and I've spent a lot of time unwinding it if I could move forward with my project. This will be my first, last and only purchase of this brand of thread.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and chunky
