Not worth air mattresses and accessories

I have had this bed since March 2021. It has only been used a couple of times, only indoors, as a spare bed when my kids had friends. It wasn't the most comfortable, but it was just what teenagers should be able to use during their stay (I'm talking about teenagers, so know I haven't run a lot of young kids with this thing). It was also cheaper than air mattresses, which again worked great for my purpose. Except that we blew it up last weekend in early October 2021 and the bed stays uninflated. The bed is coming loose at the seams. Big. Just great. I am contacting seller support because they say they have an 18 month warranty. It took them several days to respond to my messages. They ask for photos and so on to determine "how to handle the situation". Okay, I have photos, I'm not trying to scan them. Annoyingly, this process will take some time. We already had to make a floor bed for the night. We are hosting a teenage sleepover this coming weekend, tonight is Thursday. I have no time for that. So I ordered another bed from a different brand/company. No one has time to jump through a bunch of hoops for a $60 bed replacement. It's not worth my time. All in all, no, I don't think it's worth the money. This is something that is not even used on a monthly basis. The heaviest teen who slept on it weighed 140/150 pounds. There's no reason why it should fall apart yet.
