The most useful tool is that I can create shift schedules with ease. Nothing really. Other than knowing there are so many features it could be a lot better! They could work on making it easier to schedule with the ability of being able to make changes without having to schedule another. My main problem so far has been the way the data gets saved and used after each entry. I could end up wasting about one month's worth of time trying to schedule my future entries since they save on their database as soon as you submit it. With all their help from the team we've been able to do things that were very simple in the past like being able to set appointments with customers and keep track of employee attendance. We're also able to post pictures of our staff members and other employees who visit us have a visual record of everyone's visits. The system is easy to use and navigate. It is very helpful to know what is going on in the field. It is a great tool to help keep track of all the information needed to run a business. The software is easy to learn and navigate. I have not found anything I do not like about this software. I have been able to use this software to help with my business. It has helped me with keeping track of all the information needed to run a business.
