Fits and works great. The originally 20-year-old brake master was shot, the fluid was brown and rusty. I flushed the system with new fluid but to no avail, the brakes were still sticking. I was able to unhook the brake line on the captain and release the brakes, so I knew the problem was with the captain. The new one came with all the hardware to replace the original. After professional assembly and bleeding, the front brakes work great, now I am very satisfied with the product and will buy it again.
