Thicker than expected. Seems like it's going to be a while. I didn't shoot directly on my laptop screen and applied as it is owned by my employer and I paid for it out of my own pocket. I just glued the corners to the frame. I think the installation will be ok because of its thickness. The kit includes cleaning wipes, lint-free screen wipes and a cardboard scraper. Packed in a cardboard envelope and sent by post box. I don't know how they work. I've already set my laptop to reduce the blue light and everything becomes more yellow. The product doesn't have a yellowish tint so I'm not sure if it can block blue. I have no problem with blue light. I only use it as a precaution as I now work from home. I can't tell you if it's still working, but if I get symptoms later I'll update. I've only been using it for a few days, but I can say one thing. I've fallen asleep at my desk twice. Is it working or am I overexerting myself? 🤣🤣🤣
