I have them for call center work/some games here and there when I need them for that. followed the guide and tested it on my iMac first, the sound was good, then I tested it on my PS5 controller, still good. So far no complaints other than getting calls when customers couldn't hear me. They said I sound muffled, have no idea how to fix this so I had to replace them with diff headphones when this happened. The little blue speaker light never came on before these incidents happened until I plugged in the USB as well as the AUX part and then it lit up. Will change the rating if anything happens. 08/26/21
