My last pepper mill was named after a famous chef. Nice to look at, but otherwise unusable. Customer service was very pleasant and helpful back then. You see, it took a lot of "monkey pulls" to open this mill and put in the peppercorns. Then getting the pepper mill to work was another lesson in futility! All of this is a disappointment and the price was $20 more than the Trudeau Infinity! Now to continue playing - in my opinion this windmill itself is in the class of the highest quality! Not only is it beautiful (I love stainless steel!), but it also works great. (Isn't that the reason you buy a pepper grinder in the first place?) The top screw actually controls the grind, whether it's coarse, medium, or fine! In addition, the ceramic grinder does an excellent job! Here are a few more reasons why I love this pepper mill. Its description corresponds to the letter "T". Its price is also reasonable. An added surprise is that this grinder comes with fresh peppers. Not only were they thrown in the mill, but they weren't thrown in the trash either. These peppercorns are deliciously fresh and aromatic. I've been using the Trudeau Infinity 8" Pepper Mill since day one and I'm very satisfied. I have no doubt that you will have a lot of fun with this pepper mill. Buy it!
