Doesn't help with posture but does help with back pain when walking

I don't see any impact on my posture. Tightening the strap around my waist helped my lower back and I was able to walk better, but the only way to make it work at all is to tighten the straps that go around my shoulders and make it tight enough to tie everything do my armpits and was too uncomfortable. I use it but I use it for back pain to help with walking. Wearing it all day is also very hot so it takes a little getting used to.
