Review on High-performance Planet Bike Blinky Safety Bicycle Light Set by Patrick Matin

Pros: VERY bright. Clearly visible from a few hundred feet. Very easy to install. Pretty versatile. I attached the tail light/red light to the tool bag under the seat. Works well. Price-performance ratio. Cons: Not much to say here, except that the front white light kind of blinds me while driving when I'm in the seat behind. What I did was put some black tape on top, sort of like a visor/shield. Looks. THIS WILL NOT be a light casting a large bright light on the surface in front of you. If you need it, buy something that does. This is in line with the law that you must be seen at night. Also, using this inexpensive device (in flashing mode) in conjunction with another (constant) light illuminating the road/sidewalk in front of you will get you noticed, thus protecting your skin! I use these exclusively and don't need a headlamp to light my way. EVERYONE sees me coming with it. I flash both front/white and rear/red. Verdict: For what it's supposed to do, it does it at 5-star level. The fact that it kind of blinds me (reduces my night vision) while driving takes away a star. Thing is, I can fix it with a few strips of duct tape. Spring. I'm a genius. 5 stars for me! Still 4 stars for the product.
