Reliability and high quality
Bought this for $7 (for two) and Apple's for $19 (for 1). I like it better than Apple. Both work well, but this one offers additional cable flexibility and a better "feel" quality. I usually only buy Apple products for Apple devices, but this is one of those rare opportunities for less than half the price and twice the price of an Apple cable. I had low expectations when I bought it, but was pleasantly surprised. A quality product made from quality materials at a great price. I bought a second set to give my kids their new Mac Pro computers.
