This is a great product for anyone making candy of any kind including homemade gummies which I have used it for. Typically, homemade gummies will go moldy after about three days without the presence of an inhibitor. This product preserves your homemade treats so none of your ingredients go to waste. I find this especially helpful when making homemade vitamins, probiotics, or other supplements, but it works for regular old baked goods too! I believe these will be a fantastic addition to Christmas cookies, especially the ones I ship nationally. Combine with LorAnn's Preserve-It for even longer retention. It doesn't have a strong taste and the instructions on the box are clear and easy to use. I recommend this if you're looking for something similar - LorAnn has a great reputation. Enjoy your creativity! Ps. I highly recommend purchasing disposable pipettes/droppers to use with this product as you often only need a very small amount to get the job done.
