Review on Lixit Guinea Pig Igloo by Emily Wilson

I bought this for my 2 rats. It will NOT be big enough for a guinea pig. Maybe a baby guinea pig, but they need to get back in or out, and I don't think guinea pigs are good at parking their butts. My two female rats fit in perfectly. I love the air holes. I have a log cabin that is starting to smell and is not fun to clean. I wanted this igloo as it has a washable floor and some ventilation and privacy. I placed the log shack on the bottom of her cage and placed this Lixite needle where her log shack used to be. They are not embarrassed about the transition and enjoy using it. The next day my rats put nesting material in it so it's a win and I would definitely buy again. And it was a lot cheaper than a wooden hut! Easy to clean and disassemble. And I actually put a piece of PVC pipe in it and closed the needle around it, it fits great and doesn't budge! Now they can penetrate their needle.
