UPDATE: After my initial review I would like to say a couple of things: Customer service is really good. After my initial review and discussion of whether or not I would return it, customer service contacted me to make sure I was happy. They said it was a small family business and they wanted to make sure I was happy. They are not always on the same level, but neither is bamboo. I'm really happy with that for the price. They are different but similar and functional, which is the most important thing. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Not used yet. But I was hoping it was similar to bamboo but a much cheaper material. The side chest pad looks more like a soft terry towel than a bamboo velor towel.
