I bought it on January 11, 2018. The installation went well. When I tried to tighten the connections, one of the connectors came loose too easily. I removed the washers and was able to tighten enough threads for a good connection. Works perfectly for 1 year and 2 days. At a recent temperature of -7-8 degrees, the relay did not work - it froze. I had to use the heat gun for 15-20 seconds and it started working again. This happened 3 different times. I contacted the manufacturer directly (Stinger) and they couldn't do anything as the warranty had expired. Buyer Warning.
