Very good. In general I am satisfied. A few notes - the temperature settings are 131, 149, and 167 degrees. However, this is not the temperature of the actual oven. After 10 minutes at each setting, the actual plate temperature averaged 225, 285, and 325 degrees (different temperatures at different locations on the plate). I like my coffee hot so I always keep it at 167. My coffee seems to hold around 130. Of course, the longer you leave it in the bowl, the temperature will rise. The bottom of the unit gets very hot, so be sure to put something underneath to avoid damaging delicate surfaces like the table. Also "off" is not over! You have to turn it off for it to be completely off. It turns back on every time pressure/weight is applied to the plate. I wish there was a "real" switch so I don't have to turn it off after every use. The rest is good so far. would recommend.
