This is an excellent pre-workout. With most other pre-workouts, my heart rate usually gets too high, which can negatively impact my training. But it works fast, provides a noticeable boost without making my heart beat too fast. The taste is really good. I also love that it contains creatine monohydrate and beta-alanine. I also have faith in the care and research Polina puts into her meals and workouts. Just my two cents.
