Does the job but horrible - nonexistent - WD support. I've had two annoying problems since I got this drive that I couldn't beat (the password-protected drive needs to be unlocked every day; and when I delete a file on my PC, I immediately get a popup saying it's the Disk Recycle Bin damaged and needs to be emptied). Most of WD's support consists of customer blogs. Catch up with a live person? Yeah right! I had a previous pass and liked it until it died after dropping it. Due to the annoying features of this device and the lack of support from WD that is sure to be fixed, this could be WD's last product. I want seamless; I don't want to annoy you with many hands. A backup disk should not be like this! NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
