As a vegan hardgainer, I found the thing impressive. By adding 2 shakes to my usual daily calorie intake, I gained an average of 1.3 pounds per week over a 4 week period. I'm not usually a fan of chocolate flavored gainers, but I was very, very surprised that it tastes pretty good, to the point where I can drink it without having to mix anything to make it taste better. Looking at the ingredients list there is nothing that makes me research what it is. Highly recommended. The only concern is that sometimes they offer Prime shipping and sometimes they don't. There were times when I ran out of stock and tried to place an order and conventional shipping was the only option. This product is from Canada, so shipping will take a little longer. Keep that in mind so you don't run away between packages. To make sure I'm out of money, I order a bag when I open another.
