This is the only review I have written. I'm just so impressed with how easy this app was to use and what an amazing job they did that I felt compelled to write a review. It's incredibly easy to use. I'm a 60 year old woman so if I can I bet you can too. I have lived in my home for 27 years and have never done this. My dryer was getting less and less efficient so I loaded the little things in and hung most things to dry until I looked inside. I only used the dryer briefly for a few items. And then one day it smelled like fire. I couldn't put it off any longer. I received this to see if it fixes the problem. It took about 15-20 minutes and now my dryer is working great! I don't know how to add a photo from my phone otherwise I would because I made them. I took one that showed the lint was 1/2 inch thick around the vent and another that showed the big pile of lint I got as a result. I could feel the brush slowly descending as it got to the part I hadn't cleaned yet. It took a lot longer to try to clamp the foil vent behind the dryer tight enough that I couldn't get it out. I ended up just leaving it as tight as I could and that was enough to get the dryer back in place without ripping off the foil vent. In any case, I don't think it should be very tight, but I could be wrong. I chose this one because other reviews had that the rods on the vent came loose because they unscrewed. I was concerned that it might be difficult to assemble and take apart, but it isn't. I highly recommend this item!
