To be honest I wasn't expecting much from this case and only bought it because Apple was smart and decided not to release a back cover to go with their smart accessory . I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the case when I opened the package. It's a durable yet flexible TPU material that feels great in the hand. It's thin and covers the back and edges of the iPad perfectly, which is exactly what I wanted. The cutouts are perfectly aligned and the buttons are individually cut to look and feel like real buttons when pressed. The pen holder is handy for traveling with an iPad, but this particular case without a pen holder would be perfect in my opinion. If you're looking for something subtle to protect your iPad from dents/scratches that works with the Apple Smart Cover/Keyboard, this case is the best out there.
