I'm deducting a star because Frosted Cinnamon Bun isn't nearly as good as Red Velvet. I thought it would be a slamdunk that gets that cinnamon roll flavor, but I have to add about a teaspoon to a teaspoon and a half of cinnamon and let it soak in water for an hour to taste like any cinnamon. I don't understand why they didn't add more cinnamon when cooking because cinnamon has nothing but health benefits. Overall it's a good protein that absorbs and digests quickly and doesn't stick together in the water in either flavor I've tried.
