Review on LTMIRROR LED Round Bathroom Mirror by Stacia Payne

This is a really nice mirror with both edge and back lighting. I've been looking for this for a while and they all either looked cheap or were very, very expensive, so I jumped at this the first time it popped up in my Amazon searches. I've had it for over six months now and I LOVE it. The light from the edge is very even, bright spots are not visible. The effect on your eyes when you look at it makes this the perfect selfie mirror. Plus, the heating element kept me from sweating during my longest marathon showers. Because the mirror is about an inch and a half thick and the back is made of a somewhat translucent material, enough light enters through the sides behind the glass to add a faint backlight to the wall around the mirror, which only helps to enhance everything. Watch. The mirror comes with a standard American plug, but I just cut it off and plugged the cord into the wall switch so it turns on with the bathroom light. I've noticed that it takes about two seconds for the LEDs to light up once the switch is flipped. So you don't want it to be the only light on the switch or people get confused and think it doesn't work or they used the wrong switch. One thing to note about hardwiring; The heating element turns on every time the power is turned on. It's handy because I never forget to turn it on before I shower, but since it's on all the time it can make the room very hot.
