If you are considering buying a Viewsonic monitor, be aware of this. Viewsonic does not guarantee your product if you clean it with cleaning agents that are not approved by the manufacturer. According to customer service representatives, Viewsonic currently has no approved cleaning products and recommends not touching the screen in any way to clean it or color calibrate it. Touching the screen in any way constitutes abuse and will void your warranty as damage to the buyer. Viewsonic also does not recommend using ANY device to color calibrate your monitor as this constitutes consumer abuse and is not covered under warranty. I'm right because I had a sound monitor test, I calibrated it and cleaned it of the claimed anti-glare in the 'recommended way'. Although the product's website states that it has been approved by Viewsonic. Viewsonic said it's not our problem that you damaged your monitor, you voided your warranty by cleaning it. I share this as a warning. The monitor was good until the first month.
